30 DAYS OF MINDFULNESS
For over a decade I’ve been fascinated with how to bring more intention and purpose, consistently, into all areas of my life…parenting, work, relationships, my marriage, and even how I move and care for my physical and mental health.
How can I create more routines in my days and weeks?
How can I find meaningful work that has me waking up with energy and passion?
How can I be a present parent for my kids?
How can I feel more connected to my partner?
How can I stay more focused and consistent in my goals?
What does my mind and body need right now?
How can I live life without regrets?
These were (and still are!) some of the major questions I sought answers to, and which ultimately started me down the path of Mindfulness.
So what do I mean when I say Mindfulness? Some people think of Mindfulness as a type of meditation, but I like to think of it as a state of being, that you can practice and return to any time…where you are focusing on the present moment, noticing what you’re sensing and feeling, without judgment.
My life changed when I started devoting time and attention every morning to a daily Mindfulness practice. The practice of waking up and holding space for myself, before I do anything else for anyone else, has had a ripple effect in becoming more organized, purposeful, and intentional in how I spend the rest of my day.
It truly sets the tone for my whole day.
My practice has changed and evolved many times over the years, and truthfully, there’s been many times I’ve drifted away from my practice completely (hellooo to those early years in parenthood!). But every time I start up my practice again…my anxiety subsides, I start sleeping better, things that easily upset me no longer trigger me in the same way or with the same intensity…and I start to get more clarity and take action on those big questions I mentioned above.
It’s so normal to drift away from our practices, life happens. That’s why community (or sangha) can be so helpful in keeping us accountable and showing up consistently. You will find this program to be helpful wherever you are in your practice - brand new, needing a reboot, or just looking for some new tools or a fresh perspective to your current practice.
Join me for 30 Days of Mindfulness starting Nov 1, 2023.
For the month of November, you’ll receive a daily email from me that offers inspiration and guidance to support you in starting or maintaining your Mindfulness practice. There will also be an optional WhatsApp Group and three live group calls for those who prefer an extra layer of accountability and community.
In these emails, you can expect some combination of the following mindfulness exercises: journal prompts, meditations, movement through some relaxing yoga poses, breath work, and coaching questions for self-inquiry.
I hope to see you there!
What you’ll receive:
30 Daily Mindfulness Emails - full of inspiration, journal prompts, and meditations to invite self-inquiry and introspection into the present moment. Each email offers exercises that take no more than 10 or 15 min each day.
Optional Private WhatsApp Group if you are looking to practice and connect with others to help you stay accountable and motivated throughout the 30 days (and beyond!)
*BONUS* - 3 Optional Group Live Calls on Nov 1, Nov 15, and Nov 30. Come practice with me live!
As you will be receiving everything via email, you’ll have lifetime access to the program that you can do over and over again. All videos, resources, etc. that are sent out will not expire.
