What’s it like working with me?

I believe you have all your own answers, and my job is to provide a safe space for you to explore those answers for yourself. But don’t just take my word for it.

I start every session with a grounding exercise to help us both be intentional with our time together.

Together, we’ll work to:

  • Realign with what’s most important to you.

  • Help you gain clarity and focus on what’s next for you and how to take action to do it.

  • Help you develop strategies and learn new skill sets that help you move past your normal stopping points and toward goals that reflect you’re most valued aspirations and intentions.

What’s the process?

  • 45-Min Coaching Interest Chat (FREE)

  • (Optional) 55-Min Coaching Session ($175) - if you want to try it out first.

  • Signed Coaching Contract - if you feel like we’re a good fit.

  • 6-Month Coaching Program ($300/month):

    • Two (2) - 55-Min zoom coaching sessions every month (video or by phone)

    • Unlimited text and email support in between sessions

    • Two (2) bonus coaching sessions to be used anytime as needed, throughout the duration of our contract


What are your hours?

Summer Hours:

Monday - Friday 2:00 - 6:00 PM PT

School Year Hours:

Monday - Wednesday 9:30 - 12:30 PM PT

Thursday - Friday 2:00 - 5:00 PM PT


On the weekends I unplug and spend time recharging with good food, good people, and most likely moving my body out in nature, and will be unavailable and away from technology.


What are your prices?

$300/month for a 6-month contract

Coaching is an investment in your life, your dreams, and your personal growth. It is a commitment of your time and energy, and during that time you’ll be growing and learning new skill sets to help you get to where you want to be.
