“Before I took the Mindful Mamas workshop, I felt split into many pieces as a mom, wife, employee, friend, etc. and ultimately had lost my identity.
This workshop helped me to rediscover who I was as a person and also helped me uncover new motivation and purpose in the day today. I was able to set clear goals for myself that helped me get back to that mindfulness whenever I felt overwhelmed or stressed. Taylor left us with a multitude of toolkits to reach for any time we needed a breather in our day.
On top of all that, I was able to meet a community of other amazing mamas! Each session we reflected and shared in a comfortable, calm, no-judgment zone. I looked forward to these sessions every other week and ALWAYS left feeling more calm and in tune with myself. I would wholeheartedly recommend this workshop for any mom at any stage! It seriously saved my relationship with myself.” - Kristin Lin, San Francisco Wedding Photographer

“I have always preached that being a good Mom, among other things, means being true to yourself and who you are and were before becoming a Mom. Ten years and three kids later, I realized that I had lost sight of who that was and what that meant to me and I didn’t feel like I knew how to find it anymore. I kept falling into old habits and struggled to find my passion and my joy and how that fit into the life I had built over the past ten years. Taylor helped me shine the light back onto the things I was passionate about and helped me make time for them and enjoy them again. Working with Taylor started me back on a path to myself and what was true and authentic to me and how I want to live my life.” - Claire F.
“The Mindful Mamas workshop gave me an opportunity to step away from the daily routine and really focus on how to be present. How to show up for myself, my family, and friends.” - Anonymous
“I really loved the Mindful Mamas workshop and now have tools in my “mindfulness toolbox.” There is no doubt that I feel better with my daily practice and Taylor did an exceptional job introducing me to that practice. It was also wonderful to be surrounded by other mamas in my stage of life, learning to bring mindfulness into our lives. I hope to be a better mom, partner, and to feel more centered with this new learning.” - Anonymous
“Taylor creates a beautiful, non-judgmental, open space for mamas on the same wavelength to come together.” - Anonymous
