You will leave this workshop with a clear picture of the top 5 intentions that give your life purpose, an action plan for how to bring those to life on a daily basis, and one small, sweet step you can take today to get started.

  • Get clear on what having a joyous, empowered, and purpose-driven life looks like for you, and why that matters.

  • Discover powerful tools to help you create and live your perfect day…every day.

  • Focus on what’s most important and filter out what’s not.

  • Navigate the typical doubts and fears that come up and keep you stuck when you’re engaging with something that’s important to you.

  • Discover the 4 most powerful words you can say to keep moving towards your goals, no matter what you’re thinking or feeling.

  • Trade-in struggle for ease as you start to envision and create a life that’s aligned with your values and reflects what’s most important to you.
