Together we’ll meditate, journal, connect with each other, and reconnect with ourselves, all from the comfort of your bed, your couch, or the only vacant/quiet room/closet in your home ;-) #pajamaparty

WHO IS LEADING THIS?
Hi, I’m Taylor! I’m a Life & Career Coach based in San Francisco, CA. I help mamas create more clarity & ease in their careers, relationships, and motherhood.
WHAT DO WE DO IN THIS GROUP? WHAT WILL I GET?
We’ll start every session off with a grounding exercise to help us slow down from our days and mentally arrive to the space - some days that’s a meditation, other days it might be a journaling exercise.
Community. There will be plenty of time to connect with the other mama’s in the group as a larger group and in smaller breakout groups.
There may be some exercises that you can take from our sessions and put them into action in your daily life.

A “pay what feels right to you” sliding scale of $90 - 150* (roughly $15-25/session).
*I never want cost to be the reason someone can’t join the group. If the above range is still out of your range, please reach out to me directly.
